Zeducation’s story begins with its founder, Pasitaua Haufano, and the values instilled in him from a young age.

His parents were both high school dropouts with no qualifications or formal careers. They worked factory jobs, his father on night shifts and his mother during the day, sacrificing time with their children to ensure they had food on the table and opportunities they never had.

Despite their lack of education, they believed in its power more than anything. They drilled one message into their children:

"Education will lead to a better future."

"Education will open doors."

"Education will give your family a better life."

​

But for Pasitaua, school was a struggle. Pulled out of class for extra reading lessons, he grew up believing he wasn’t smart enough. That lack of confidence followed him through high school and university, where a three-year degree took him four and a half years to complete.

Then, everything changed.

​

While serving on a church mission overseas, Pasitaua spent every day teaching and mentoring others. That experience sparked a realisation—education wasn’t just about learning; it was about empowerment and transformation.

Returning home with a new purpose, he spent several years as a contracted facilitator, delivering business and leadership training. Demand for his work grew, and in 2019, Zeducation was officially born—a company built to "unleash the greatness of others through education"

​

Today, Zeducation works with businesses, non-profits, and government organisations to upskill employees and communities, helping them gain confidence, work smarter, and step into leadership roles.

 

Because education isn’t just about training. It’s about transformation.
