Overview

This wellbeing programme focuses on enhancing personal wellbeing through a Pacific model, which involves identifying key areas impacting wellbeing and developing a growth mindset for oneself and family.

 

Participants will learn about the impact of emotions on wellbeing and develop skills to manage stress and regulate emotions.

 

This programme also covers topics such as nutrition and movement, practicing the five ways to wellbeing, setting and achieving personal wellbeing goals, and accessing tools, services, and apps for wellbeing support.
